Can you join a migration another team is running?
Yes. I often act as the SEO lead on migrations run by an agency or in-house team, with sign-off rights on anything that affects search.
How much traffic loss is normal?
A small, short dip can happen while Google recrawls. A lasting drop usually means something was missed, and that is what this process prevents.
Do you handle Shopify URL limitations?
Yes. Shopify fixes some URL patterns such as /products/ and /collections/, so the redirect map and internal links are planned around them.
How much does it cost?
Project work is fixed-price against a defined scope, so you know the full cost before we start. The discovery call is always free.
How fast can you start?
Discovery calls happen within days; kickoff is usually 1-2 weeks out. If you have a hard launch date, say so on the first call and I will tell you plainly if it is achievable.
