Omer Muneer Qazi
Fractional CTO & Solutions Architect
Building the technical backbone behind brands that move fast, think big, and refuse to settle for average infrastructure.
Introduction
I help growth-stage brands turn technical complexity into competitive advantage.
Over the past fifteen years, I have had the privilege of working at the intersection of technology and business strategy. From founding my first company at 22 to serving as CTO for multiple ventures across continents, my career has been defined by a singular obsession: building systems that do not just work, but that create lasting value for the businesses they serve.
My journey spans the full spectrum of digital infrastructure. I have architected enterprise e-commerce platforms on Shopify Plus, built high-performance web experiences on Webflow and WordPress, designed scalable SaaS products from the ground up, and led AI-driven product development that pushes the boundaries of what is possible. Each project has reinforced a core belief: the best technology is invisible. It simply enables people to do their best work.
Today, I serve as CTO at EverestX and Femma AI, lead solutions architecture at PropelGrad, and continue to advise and build for select clients across the globe. Whether it is defining a technical roadmap for a funded startup, scaling an e-commerce operation to millions in revenue, or leading a distributed engineering team, I bring the same blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to every engagement.
I am not a technologist who speaks only in code. I am a business-first builder who happens to think in systems. That perspective is what makes the difference.

They translate business vision into technical reality. They translate complex systems into clear decisions. They translate risk into opportunity. Throughout my career, I have seen brilliant ideas fail because no one could bridge the gap between what the business needed and what the technology could deliver. That is the gap I live in. I do not believe in technology for its own sake. Every line of code, every architecture decision, every infrastructure choice should trace back to a measurable business outcome. This philosophy has shaped how I build teams, design systems, and advise the founders and executives I work with.
