These terms apply to your use of omermuneer.com (the "site"), including the Blog and the Library, and to any guide you buy. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who runs the site

The site is operated by Omer Muneer Qazi ("I", "me"). Contact: [email protected].

Use of the site

You may read, share links to and quote short passages from the free articles with attribution and a link back. You may not copy whole articles, republish them, scrape the site, or use automated means to download content in bulk, except for search engine indexing allowed by robots.txt.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break security, overload the servers, upload malicious code or use the site for anything unlawful.

Library guides

What you buy. Each guide is a digital PDF sold for the price shown at checkout (currently US$0.99, plus any tax the checkout provider adds). Checkout, payment and file delivery are handled by a third-party provider such as Stripe or Gumroad, whose terms also apply to the transaction.

Licence. When you buy a guide you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it, read it on your own devices, print one copy, and use its checklists and templates inside your own business. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute, or publish the guide or substantial parts of it, or use it to train or build a competing product. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Updates. Guides may be revised. Updated editions are not automatically sent to earlier buyers, although I may choose to do so.

Not professional advice

The articles and guides are general educational information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance or licensing advice, and they do not create a professional relationship. Licensing rules, fees, taxes and costs vary by state and locality and change over time. Always verify with the official agency and a qualified professional before acting. See the disclaimer.

Intellectual property

The site's text, guides, design and graphics are owned by Omer Muneer Qazi or used under licence and are protected by copyright. Product names, logos and brands mentioned belong to their owners and are used for identification only; their mention does not imply endorsement.

Third-party links and advertising

The site links to third-party websites and displays ads served by Google and its partners. I do not control those sites or ads and am not responsible for their content, products or practices. An ad on the site is not an endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and guides are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, I disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Results from starting or running a business depend on many factors outside my control, and no outcome, income or approval is guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or a guide. My total liability for any claim relating to a guide is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

I may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to rely on its laws or courts.
