Refund Policy

Every guide in the omermuneer.com Library is a digital PDF that is delivered instantly. Because a downloaded file cannot be "returned", this policy explains exactly when you can get a refund.

You will get a full refund if

  • The file is broken or will not open and a replacement copy does not fix it.
  • You were charged twice for the same guide, or charged without receiving a download link.
  • The guide is materially different from its description on its Library page (for example, a chapter listed in the table of contents is missing).
  • You bought the wrong guide by mistake and tell me within 14 days without having used it for its purpose; I will refund it or swap it for the one you meant.

Request the refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with:

  1. The email address used at checkout.
  2. The guide title and the order or receipt number from your confirmation email.
  3. One line on what went wrong.

You do not need to justify a refund that falls under the cases above. If the problem is a broken file, I will first send a fresh copy, and refund if that does not solve it.

How refunds are processed

Refunds go back to the original payment method through the checkout provider (Stripe or Gumroad), usually within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Once a refund is issued, the licence to use that guide ends.

When refunds are not given

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
  • Disagreement with general business information that is accurately described on the guide's page.
  • Repeated purchase-and-refund patterns that suggest abuse.

Your consumer rights

If you are in the EU, UK or another region with statutory rights for digital content, those rights still apply. At checkout you are asked to agree to immediate delivery of the digital content; that consent means the general 14-day withdrawal right for digital content may no longer apply once the download starts, but your rights for faulty or misdescribed content remain, and this policy gives you more than the legal minimum.
