Senior, not just available

Stores engineered for revenue

WooCommerce powers serious stores — but only when built by someone who understands WordPress internals and e-commerce economics together. I build and rescue WooCommerce stores: custom themes, checkout optimization, subscription systems, and payment gateway integrations engineered for conversion rate and average order value, not just a working cart.

With 15+ years and 100+ projects across 6 countries, I have seen every WooCommerce failure mode: plugin conflicts, 9-second loads, abandoned checkouts, hacked stores. You get a senior who fixes root causes — architecture, hosting, code quality — instead of stacking plugins on a shaky foundation. See full-stack development or engagement options.

What you get

Everything in your WooCommerce engagement

Custom WooCommerce builds and themes — bespoke storefronts on clean, lightweight themes — no bloated page builders slowing down product pages and checkout.
Payment gateways and checkout — Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and regional gateways integrated with optimized checkout flows that cut abandonment.
Subscriptions and memberships — WooCommerce Subscriptions and membership tiers configured correctly — proration, failed-payment recovery, self-service portals.
Speed and Core Web Vitals — caching strategy, image optimization, database cleanup, and code-level fixes that take stores from 8-second loads to under 2.
Security hardening — lockdown of common attack vectors and update-safe customizations via child themes and custom plugins — no 2am outages.
Plugin audits and conflict resolution — ruthless plugin audits: remove what is redundant, replace what is risky, fix conflicts at the code level — not with workarounds.

How it works

From audit to a store that sells

Discovery and audit
A free call to map your goals, stack, and constraints — plus a technical audit of what you already have, with honest findings.
Fixed-scope blueprint
Architecture, milestones, and fixed pricing documented before any code is written — no hourly meters, no scope fog.
Build in weekly sprints
Working software on staging every week with structured feedback rounds — you watch real progress, not status reports.
Launch and handover
Production deploy, analytics wired up, documentation, and a support window so your team runs it confidently.

FAQ

Questions, answered

WooCommerce or Shopify for our store?

WooCommerce wins on full ownership, custom functionality, and lower long-term costs at scale; Shopify wins on simplicity. I will assess your catalog, team, and growth plans on the discovery call and recommend honestly — I build on both.

Can you fix our slow WooCommerce store?

Almost always. I audit hosting, theme, plugins, and database, then fix the actual bottlenecks. Most stores I optimize go from 6 to 9 second loads to under 2.5 — without losing functionality.

Do you set up subscriptions?

Yes — WooCommerce Subscriptions with proper proration, trial periods, failed-payment retries, and customer self-service portals. Done right, subscriptions become your most predictable revenue line.

Will customizations survive updates?

Yes, because I never hack core or parent themes. All custom work lives in child themes and custom plugins under version control, so updates apply cleanly.

Can you migrate us to WooCommerce?

From Shopify, Magento, or custom platforms — products, customers, orders, and SEO URLs preserved with proper redirects, planned around your sales calendar to avoid peak-season risk.
