The federal framework is shared, but language, price sensitivity, and delivery expectations are not, so one national page or campaign rarely fits all seven.

Payments and commercial setup. UAE checkout spans cards, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara instalments, and cash on delivery in varying shares by emirate and category. VAT is 5% on most taxable supplies, and corporate tax applies above the federal threshold, so invoicing and entity setup are confirmed with your adviser before launch.

Working hours and communication. Work runs on Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4) across all emirates, with one point of contact for the whole engagement. Multi-city reviews are run by video, with in-person sessions in Dubai or Abu Dhabi by arrangement.

Delivery and logistics. National delivery is typically 1-2 days between major cities through Aramex and national couriers, longer for the Northern Emirates and remote areas. Multi-emirate stores need per-emirate delivery promises, courier cut-offs, and return rules, not a single national banner.
