A senior SaaS developer in Dubai
Build or rescue your SaaS product with a developer who has been CTO, based in Dubai and selling into the GCC.

Dubai SaaS teams move fast. The code has to keep up.
Dubai founders often start with an agency-built MVP, win their first customers across the GCC, then find the product hard to change. Features slow down, bugs pile up, and enterprise prospects in Riyadh or Doha ask security questions nobody can answer.
I work with Dubai SaaS companies on both sides of that: building a solid first version, or stabilising one that already has customers. Meetings in person are easy. See fractional CTO in Dubai and SaaS architect.
What Dubai SaaS teams hire me for
- GCC-ready products — English and Arabic interfaces, multi-currency pricing and invoices that meet UAE VAT rules.
- Payments — Stripe where available, plus Checkout.com, Telr or Network International for local cards.
- Agency takeovers — reviewing and fixing code handed over by an outsourced team.
- Enterprise readiness — SSO, audit logs and answers for procurement questionnaires.
- WhatsApp workflows — notifications and support flows through the WhatsApp Business API.
- Free-zone startups — lean builds that fit early budgets and grow later.
