Questions, answered

Recharge, Skio, or Shopify native subscriptions?
Recharge for complex discount logic and mature tooling; Skio for elegant UX and passwordless portals; native for simplicity and zero app cost. The blueprint recommends one with reasoning — I implement all three fluently.
How do you reduce churn?
Two fronts: voluntary churn via better portal UX, pause/skip options, and win-back offers; involuntary churn via dunning, smart retries, and card updaters. Most inherited programs are missing the second front entirely.
Can you migrate our existing subscribers?
Yes — with rehearsal. Payment tokens, billing schedules, and discounts transfer; subscribers get an ‘upgraded experience’ message, not a disruption.
What does implementation cost?

Do subscriptions work for non-consumables?
