Hire SendGrid Expert — emails that reach the inbox, not spam
Transactional email is the email that must arrive: password resets, order confirmations, invoices, alerts. When it lands in spam, users can’t log in, don’t trust you, and churn silently. SendGrid delivers at scale — but deliverability is earned: SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication, dedicated IP warmup done patiently, bounce and complaint handling, list hygiene, and template systems that don’t break in Outlook. A SendGrid expert builds the reputation infrastructure behind the API calls.
I'm Omer Muneer Qazi, a Dubai-based Fractional CTO & Solutions Architect with 15+ years of experience and 100+ projects delivered across 6 countries. Email deliverability is one of those invisible systems where expertise pays quietly every day — I set it up so your critical emails arrive like they’re supposed to. Sending notifications elsewhere too? Twilio covers your SMS and WhatsApp layer.
Inbox placement, engineered
Sender authentication
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured correctly — including alignment — plus BIMI where it makes sense. Authentication is table stakes; we make it airtight.
IP warmup strategy
Dedicated IP warmed gradually with real engagement traffic, ramp schedules monitored daily — no shortcuts that burn the IP’s reputation permanently.
Suppression management
Bounces, blocks, spam complaints, and unsubscribes handled automatically via event webhooks, so you never mail dead addresses that hurt reputation.
Template system
Transactional templates built responsive and Outlook-proof, with a component approach so new emails don’t require redesigns.
Event pipeline
Delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, and complained events streamed into your analytics — deliverability visible as metrics, not vibes.
Deliverability monitoring
Seed testing, blocklist monitoring, and inbox-placement tracking with alerting — problems caught in hours, not discovered in churn data.
From spam folder to inbox
A structured engagement with no surprises — you’ll always know what’s happening and what’s next.
Deliverability audit
We check your current authentication, reputation, and placement — finding exactly why mail misbehaves.
Foundation build
Authentication, IP strategy, suppression handling, and templates implemented.
Warmup & migrate
Traffic migrated carefully with warmup discipline; critical emails prioritized.
Monitor & maintain
Ongoing placement monitoring with runbooks for the inevitable reputation events.
Why hire a SendGrid expert through a Fractional CTO
Deliverability is systems work: DNS, reputation, feedback loops, and monitoring — invisible when right, catastrophic when wrong. I’ve debugged enough “users aren’t getting emails” crises to build it preventively, with the monitoring that catches the next one early.
If critical emails are landing in spam — or you just don’t know — get in touch and we’ll audit your setup.
Frequently asked questions
Shared vs dedicated IP — which do we need?
Dedicated for consistent high volume where you control reputation; shared is fine for lower volume and benefits from pooled warmup. We decide from your sending profile.
What’s actually involved in IP warmup?
Gradually increasing volume over 4–8 weeks, starting with your most engaged recipients, monitoring placement daily. Rushing it is how IPs get burned.
Can you fix our existing deliverability problems?
Usually yes — we diagnose authentication gaps, reputation damage, and list hygiene issues, then remediate in the right order. Some damage takes patience to reverse.
Does SendGrid handle marketing email too?
It can, but we typically separate transactional and marketing streams — different IPs or subusers — so a marketing misstep can’t take down password resets.
How long until we see results?
Authentication fixes help immediately; reputation recovery takes weeks. We set expectations honestly after the audit.
