Hire Miro Expert — workshops and boards that produce decisions

Miro boards fail the way meetings fail — no structure, no facilitation, forty people staring at a blank canvas while one person talks. A Miro expert designs the thinking before the board: workshop agendas with timed exercises, board architectures that guide participants step by step, templates your team reuses, and facilitation that turns sticky notes into actual decisions.

I'm Omer Muneer Qazi, a Dubai-based Fractional CTO & Solutions Architect with 15+ years of experience and 100+ projects delivered across 6 countries. Miro engagements through me are run like engineering workshops — clear inputs, timeboxed exercises, documented outputs — because a workshop without decisions is just an expensive chat.

How It Works

From fuzzy goals to facilitated outcomes

A structured engagement with no surprises — you’ll always know what’s happening and what’s next.

Why Omer

Why hire a miro expert through a Fractional CTO

I have run technical workshops for fifteen years — architecture reviews, incident postmortems, planning sessions — and I know the difference between a session that decides and one that drifts. Miro is just the canvas; the expertise is in designing thinking that converges.

Your team keeps the templates, the governance, and the facilitation muscle. To turn your next critical session into decisions, contact me with what you need to decide.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you facilitate our workshop or just build the board?

Both — and facilitation is where the value is. A great board with no facilitation still drifts; I do end-to-end: design, build, facilitate, synthesize.

Do you work async across time zones?

Yes — boards designed for async contribution with clear instructions and deadlines, plus a synchronous synthesis session to converge on decisions.

What kinds of workshops do you run?

Product discovery, prioritization, journey mapping, retrospectives, quarterly planning, and technical design sessions — any session where structure determines the outcome.

Will our team be able to run these themselves after?

That is the goal. Templates, facilitation guides, and a train-the-facilitator session leave your team self-sufficient.

How large a group can you facilitate?

Up to about 30 in a single live session with breakout design; larger groups run as multi-session programs with trained breakout facilitators.
