Brand Reviews: Wellness Drinks, Supplements, Skincare and More

This is the master index for brand reviews on this site. It covers ten categories, from wellness drinks and supplements to skincare, sleep aids and healthy snacks. Each category hub links to its individual brand reviews, and every review describes a brand's range, formats and labelling so products can be compared on facts rather than front-of-pack claims.

What these reviews cover

Each brand review on this site covers one brand within one category. It describes what the brand sells, the formats its products come in, and what its labels show, so a reader can tell whether the product they saw in a store matches the one described. Reviews cover mainstream and specialist brands together, because the fair comparison for a buyer is often between a mass-market product and a specialist one, not between two products from the same shelf tier.

The ten categories in this wave are wellness drinks, supplements, protein powders, vitamins, skincare, sleep aids, gut health, energy drinks, herbal remedies and healthy snacks. Together they cover the products most often bought on a health-adjacent promise: drinks, pills, powders, creams and snacks. A category hub sits above each set of brand reviews and explains how that category works, how to read its labels, and what to watch for, so the brand reviews do not have to repeat the same background on every page.

How to use a brand review

Start from the category hub, not from a single brand page. The hub explains the product types in the category, the label points that matter, and the common traps, such as serving sizes that differ from pack sizes or proprietary blends that hide individual doses. With that background, a brand review is easier to read critically: the range section shows whether the brand sells the product type wanted, and the label section shows what the buyer can actually verify.

Then compare across brands on the same points. For drinks and snacks, compare nutrition per pack or per container rather than per serving alone. For supplements and vitamins, compare dose per serving, form and testing disclosure. For skincare, compare active ingredients, stated concentrations and product sizes. For sleep and gut health products, compare product type first, since different types in the same category are not interchangeable. Price per serving, per bar or per millilitre is the fair price comparison in each case, because pack sizes differ.

What these reviews do not do

Reviews on this site do not assign scores, ratings or rankings, and they do not quote prices. Prices change by retailer and over time, and a ranking would hide the fact that the right product depends on the buyer's needs, budget and existing routine. A product that suits a daily user may be wrong for an occasional user, and a product that suits one skin type may irritate another. Reviews therefore present the range, formats and label facts and leave the choice to the reader.

Reviews also do not make medical claims. They do not promise outcomes for any condition, and they do not recommend a product for a named health problem. This is general information, not medical advice. Anyone with a health condition, or who is pregnant or taking medication, should check with a clinician before starting a new supplement, sleep product or herbal product, and anyone with a persistent skin or gut problem should seek clinical advice rather than a stronger over-the-counter product.

How the hubs are organised

Each category hub below links to its brand reviews in this wave. Most categories link twelve brand reviews; the sleep aids hub links eight, because only brands verified as real are linked and no brand has been invented to fill the grid. If a brand review is added later, its category hub will link to it, and the master list here stays the same. The guides section and the hire pages sit alongside these reviews for readers who want background reading or done-for-you research help.

Frequently asked questions

How many brand reviews are in this wave?

Ten category hubs link to 116 brand reviews in total: twelve brands in nine categories and eight in sleep aids, where only verified brands are linked.

Do the reviews rank brands?

No. Reviews describe each brand's range, formats and labelling without scores, ratings or rankings, so readers compare products on the same factual points.

Why do reviews not quote prices?

Prices vary by retailer and change over time, so a quoted price would quickly go out of date. Price per serving, per bar or per millilitre is the fair comparison to make at the time of purchase.

Are these reviews medical advice?

No. This is general information, not medical advice. Reviews describe products and labels; health decisions should be discussed with a clinician.

What if a brand link does not work yet?

Brand review pages are published in waves, so a hub link may briefly point to a page still being built. The hub itself explains the category in the meantime, and links are reconciled as pages publish.
