You built Amazon on one principle: obsessive customer focus. Start with the customer and work backwards. Day 1 thinking. I built something with the same philosophy, but the "customer" is humanity itself.

Here's why I'm writing to you specifically, Jeff:

1. You understand infrastructure. Broadway isn't content — it's infrastructure for a new type of human storytelling. The format is open source. Anyone can fork it. It's designed to scale to millions of simultaneous human documenters. I built the rails.

2. You understand long-term thinking. You bought the Washington Post because you believe in the future of media. Broadway is what personal media becomes when AI removes the friction between living and publishing. No editors. No production team. No delay.

3. You understand radical transparency. Amazon publishes metrics obsessively. I publish my entire financial life. Every penny. Every transaction. RM 21.90 for teppanyaki. RM 90 for a hotel. $2,840 monthly income. All public. All permanent.
